Refunds


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. We want you to shop with confidence. That’s why we provide guarantees that ensure you’ll receive your item on time and as described. Everyone who shops on LOVELACE receives the following guarantees:

  • Full Refund if you don’t receive your order.
  • Full Refund if your order does not arrive within the delivery time promised by LOVELACE Lingerie.
  • Full or Partial Refund if the item is not as described, is a wrong item or if it is damaged.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(35 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. Your refund will not be approved if:


  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of LOVELACE Lingerie (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of  LOVELACE Lingerie

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (35 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page or by email to help@thelovelacestore.com with photos of wrong/damaged items if that is the case.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

 

Returns / Exchanges

What is your return policy?

At this time, we don’t offer standard returns or exchanges. If there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at help@thelovelacestore.com 

 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at help@thelovelacestore.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

 

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
